Founder
With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, Simon has held roles from consultant to CEO, as well as founder, advisor and investor. His experience spans sales, operations, M&A, and business exits across agency, executive search, RPO and consulting models, supporting both private and listed businesses. Simon holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.
CFO
Roger brings deep financial expertise from the recruitment sector. After qualifying, Roger held senior finance roles in both listed and privately owned companies including CFO at Parity Group Plc, a £100M+ t/over IT recruitment and consultancy business. His experience spans financial leadership, strategic planning and operational performance in fast-paced recruitment environments.

Joanna is a qualified accountant with over 15 years' finance experience in recruitment. She has supported agencies with everything from day-to-day accounting to strategic financial planning. Known for her detail-driven approach and practical business insight, Jo provides specialist support in key areas such as reporting, compliance and commercial advice.

Stephen has worked with recruitment agencies at every stage of growth, from early-stage startups to established businesses. He began his career in operations with a startup agency, helping build the data and systems infrastructure needed to scale. Since then, he has helped numerous agencies strengthen their operational foundations, streamline internal processes, and prepare for sustainable growth.
